This is an hour of sound vibes that pet their way into the very core of your being!!! You can do whatever you'd like in this time. Some lay flat and go into an Alpha state, others choose to stretch. This is not verbally guided- but for you to choose your own meditation.

Musician and recording artist Barry Grueter will be playing LIVE native instruments to your ears that resonate tone and love into the vibrations of the air in perfect union with an amazing background that includes envelopes of sound!!
